Minieye Posts 30% Revenue Rise and Narrowed Loss in H1 2026 as Autonomous Drive and Logistics Spur Growth

Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. reported first-half 2026 revenue of RMB 449.95 million, up 30.2 % year on year, driven by strong gains in both core business lines.

Revenue mix and growth • Intelligent Components & Solutions contributed RMB 381.78 million, rising 30.7 % and accounting for 84.8 % of total sales. • Driverless Vehicles & Operational Services surged 423.4 % to RMB 52.64 million, lifting its share to 11.7 %. • Other income streams totalled RMB 15.54 million.

Profitability • Gross profit improved 55.6 % to RMB 80.53 million; gross margin widened to 17.9 % from 15.0 %. • The period loss eased 1.5 % to RMB 159.91 million. • Selling expenses declined 36.8 % to RMB 33.73 million, while R&D spend rose 33.0 % to RMB 126.50 million, reflecting intensified product development.

Cash flow and balance sheet • Operating cash outflow expanded to RMB 249.39 million versus RMB 159.32 million a year earlier. • Cash, restricted cash and time deposits stood at RMB 341.90 million at 30 June 2026, compared with RMB 690.70 million at year-end 2025. • Interest-bearing borrowings increased to RMB 471.70 million from RMB 372.50 million; gearing rose to 57.83 %. • Current ratio slipped to 1.92 x from 2.41 x.

Capital moves • The company repurchased 8.35 million H Shares for approximately HK$120 million in January–April 2026. • July 2026 placement of 20.13 million new H Shares raised net proceeds of roughly HK$122.25 million (post-period event). • No interim dividend was proposed.

Operational highlights • Mid- to high-level driver-assistance “iPilot” bookings reached an estimated lifecycle value above RMB 1 billion, with mass production slated for 2H 2026. • Driverless logistics vehicle revenue multiplied more than fivefold, supported by new contracts across China, Australia and Southeast Asia. • Strategic alliances were sealed with CATL Intelligent and LDROBOT to develop intelligent chassis, battery-swapping ecosystems and physical-AI platforms.

Outlook Management targets accelerated commercial deployment of L4 autonomous logistics vehicles and expansion in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East, while advancing physical-AI R&D. The company reported no material adverse changes in financial position after 30 June 2026.
