公司将亏损扩大的主要原因归结为： 1. 本财年未有上一财年因2015年深圳龙华工厂搬迁而确认的一次性实物补偿收入； 2. 多个建筑项目录得亏损，具体包括： • 疫情期间承接的部分项目因客户设计变更增加钢材用量，相关付款按疫情后较低的价格波动指数结算，未能覆盖成本； • 试点组装合成建筑法项目因审批时间长及复杂的现场协调流程导致延误，为追回进度产生超预算成本； • 更换表现欠佳分包商引致额外成本及工期延误，压缩利润空间； • 价格波动指数持续低迷，令部分项目收入被下调。
