Hua Lien Int'l (00969) has announced that PCSC received a letter from Jamaica's National Compliance and Regulatory Authority (NCRA) on September 18, 2026. The NCRA acknowledged the remedial procedures implemented by PCSC at its facility and reviewed laboratory test results from samples collected from the remediated products, which proved satisfactory.

Consequently, the previously suspended PCSC raw sugar products under the stop order will be released in batches in accordance with NCRA-prescribed procedures and authorization. Since PCSC has strengthened and maintained the required food safety systems and will provide relevant evidence to the NCRA for verification upon request, operations at the PCSC facility, as well as the production, distribution, and sale of new raw sugar products, will resume.
