2026年7月31日，汇舸环保（02613）发布公告称，公司公众持股比例已恢复至香港联合交易所有限公司上市规则第19A.28B(1)(a)条规定的最低25%水平以上。
公司披露，截至2026年6月9日，公众股东合计持有10,590,000股H股，占公司已发行股本的26.48%。同期，公司H股总股本为40,000,000股。
公告指出，随着舒先生于2026年6月1日起辞任执行董事兼财务总监，其不再为上市规则项下的核心关联人士；同时，公司于2026年6月9日完成将30,000,000股内资股转换为H股，其中舒先生持有的1,500,000股H股计入公众持股量。
在股权结构方面，截至2026年6月9日： 1. 非“公众”人士合计持有29,410,000股H股，占比73.53%； 2. “公众”人士合计持有10,590,000股H股，占比26.48%。
