万裕科技集团有限公司（股票代码：00894）发布公告，董事会将提请股东授权，于核准后可在香港联交所回购不超过已发行股本（不包括库存股份）10%的公司股份。截至2026年4月17日，万裕科技总计已发行479,322,470股股份，若充分行使权力，将回购最多约47,932,247股。
