Alltronics: June 2026 Monthly Return Confirms Stable Share Capital and Sufficient Public Float

Alltronics Holdings Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, indicating no changes in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

As at 30 June 2026, the company maintained 5.00 billion authorised ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02 each, representing total authorised share capital of HKD 100.00 million. Issued shares stood unchanged at 473.06 million, and the company held no treasury shares.

The report also confirmed that the minimum public float requirement—set at 25 % of total issued shares—was satisfied as of month-end. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity instruments were exercised, granted, or outstanding during the month. The share option scheme adopted in June 2016 expired on 6 June 2026 with zero options outstanding.

Overall, Alltronics’ equity structure remained static in June, with full compliance affirmed for Hong Kong Listing Rules regarding share capital movements and public float. Company Secretary Leung Fuk Cheung submitted the return on 2 July 2026.
