China Water Affairs repurchases US$105.43 million of 4.85% 2026 notes; US$219.57 million remain outstanding

China Water Affairs Group Limited (China Water Affairs) has completed the cash tender offer for its 4.85% senior notes due 2026 (ISIN: XS2320779213).

The company accepted and bought back US$105.43 million in aggregate principal of the 2026 notes, which were cancelled on 11 May 2026. Following the cancellation, US$219.57 million in principal remains outstanding.

The tender offer was previously announced on 27 April, 29 April and 7 May 2026, and all related documents can be accessed on the designated offer website (https://deals.is.kroll.com/cwa).
