Nov 05

Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited (BUD APAC) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 October 2026, confirming no change in share capital and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

Total authorised capital remained at 18.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001, equivalent to USD 0.18 million. The number of issued shares stood unchanged at 13.24 billion, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.

BUD APAC reconfirmed that its public float comfortably meets the minimum 12.61 % threshold prescribed at listing.

Equity-based incentive activity was minimal. Under the Discretionary Long-Term Incentive Plan, 47,828 share options were cancelled during the month, leaving 52.62 million options outstanding; no options were exercised and no funds were raised. Separately, 1.26 million restricted stock units were cancelled across four equity plans, with no new shares issued or transferred from treasury.

The absence of share issuances, buy-backs or treasury share movements indicates a stable capital structure for BUD APAC through October 2026, while the company maintains adequate market float.
