中建富通集团有限公司（00138）7月17日发布公告称，由于仍需更多时间准备载入通函的相关资料，公司将进一步延迟向股东寄发有关出售物业交易（属主要交易）的通函。
公告披露，自2026年5月以来，公司已先后就该项交易及通函进度发布五份公告：分别于2026年5月22日、6月15日、6月23日、6月30日及7月13日。
因通函编制时间不足，中建富通向香港联合交易所有限公司申请豁免严格遵守《上市规则》第14.41(a)条关于通函寄发时限的规定。2026年7月16日，联交所基于公司将在2026年7月23日或之前向股东寄发通函的前提下，批准了该豁免；若公司情况发生变化，联交所有权变更或撤回该豁免。
截至本公告日期，公司董事会成员包括执行董事麦绍棠先生及郑玉清女士，独立非执行董事陈力先生、邹小岳先生及刘可杰先生。
