On 29 July 2026, Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited announced that its FY 2025/26 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form are now available in both English and Chinese on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company website (www.kcbh.com.hk). Registered shareholders who previously elected to receive printed copies will receive the materials in their chosen language at no cost; additional hard-copy requests can be submitted via the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

The FY 2025/26 Environmental, Social and Governance Report has been released exclusively in electronic form on the same platforms. Shareholders may obtain printed copies of the ESG report free of charge upon written request to the share registrar.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paperless listing regime (Listing Rule 2.07A effective 31 December 2023), Kwoon Chung Bus has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms. Both language versions will be accessible online, replacing routine bulk mailing.

To ensure timely notification, shareholders are encouraged to provide a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the share registrar. Absent a valid email address, investors will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently; only “Actionable Corporate Communications” will be dispatched in hard copy. Shareholders opting for printed materials may request them for a one-year period by notifying the registrar via mail or email.

The board, chaired by Mr Wong Leung Pak, Matthew, SBS, underscores that all electronic or print requests will be fulfilled free of charge and that queries should be directed to kcbh.ecom@computershare.com.hk.
