Shaw Brothers Holdings Limited has announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on the company’s website (www.shawbrotherspictures.com) and on the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key points: • Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the electronic version of the Interim Report and all future corporate communications via the websites. • Shareholders who have already opted for printed copies will receive the Interim Report by mail. • Those experiencing difficulties with email notifications or web access, or who prefer printed documents, may request hard copies by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 953-ecom@vistra.com. • Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Without a valid address on record, the company will continue to send notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form only. • Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (+852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
