交银国际（03329）斥资1,000万美元再购CMINLE票据 涉连续交易触发披露

交银国际控股有限公司（03329）7月24日公告，旗下全资子公司Preferred Investment Management Limited于2026年7月22日通过场外市场购入CMINLE票据III，票据本金金额为1,000万美元，购买价100美元，总代价同为1,000万美元（约7,850万元）。本集团将以内部资源为是次收购提供资金，相关票据将由招银国际租赁管理有限公司发行，并拟于香港联合交易所有限公司上市。

此前12个月内，集团已完成两笔CMINLE票据收购：2026年3月17日，Preferred Investment以购买价93.753美元收购CMINLE票据I本金100万美元，总代价941,123.75美元（约738.78万元）；2026年4月9日，交银国际货币市场基金（IMMF）以购买价99.004美元收购CMINLE票据II本金200万美元，总代价1,982,413.33美元（约1,556.19万元）。相关资金亦全部来自内部资源。

根据香港联交所证券上市规则第14.22条，因上述交易在十二个月内进行，需合并计算为一系列交易。经合并后，本集团就该系列交易的最高适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，须遵守上市规则第14章的通知及公告规定。

公告指出，集团认为收购CMINLE票据可为其提供长期投资机会，在承担合理风险的前提下获取稳定投资回报。
