Pokfulam Development Company Limited announced on 4 June 2026 that its 2025/26 Interim Report is now available on both the company’s website (www.pokfulam.com.hk) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies of the report have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials.

Shareholders may, at any time, elect to obtain future corporate communications either in printed form or via the company’s website. Those unable to access the online version of the newly released Interim Report, or preferring a printed copy, can submit a Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The registrar will provide printed copies free of charge upon request.

To adjust preferences for all future corporate communications, shareholders should complete Part B of the Change Request Form and return it to the registrar. Any instruction to receive printed documents remains valid until the end of the next financial year unless revoked or replaced.
