I.CENTURY HLDG (08507) has announced that Guowei CPA Limited (Guowei) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective February 13, 2026. The resignation follows a failure to reach a consensus on the audit fees for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 (2025/26 fiscal year). The Board of Directors further announced that, upon the recommendation of the audit committee, it has resolved to appoint Goldbond Liancheng CPA Limited (Goldbond Liancheng) as the company's new auditor. This appointment is also effective from February 13, 2026, to fill the vacancy created by Guowei's resignation.
