QPL INT'L（00243）7月23日公告称，经董事会对集团截至2026年4月30日止年度的最新未经审核综合管理账目初步审阅，预计将录得综合溢利介乎89,000,000港元至96,800,000港元，而上一财年则录得亏损约1,100,000港元。
公告显示，业绩转盈主要由于以下因素： 1. 收益较上一财年同期增加约15.0%，上一财年为约301,400,000港元； 2. 其他收益同比增加约57.0%，上一财年为约17,400,000港元； 3. 按公允价值计入损益的金融资产在本财年录得公允价值收益净额约64,200,000港元，而上一财年为亏损约4,200,000港元。
公司强调，上述数据基于初步审阅结果，仍须经核数师最终审阅，可能会有调整。QPL INT'L计划于2026年7月31日公布截至2026年4月30日止年度的全年业绩。
