北京京能清洁能源电力股份有限公司（股票代码：00579）8月17日发布公告称，公司原聘任的国内审计机构天职国际会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）聘任期限已届满。经重新选聘，公司决定聘请致同会计师事務所（特殊普通合伙）担任新的国内审计机构。
公司表示，上述事项已按照中国银行间市场交易商协会相关自律规则进行信息披露，相关材料已刊载于中国货币网（www.chinamoney.com.cn）和上海清算所网站（www.shclearing.com.cn），供投资者查阅。
本次审计机构变更依据香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第13.10B条进行披露。
公告由公司董事会主席陈大宇代表董事会签署。
