倍搏集团（股份代号：08331）于创业板发布公告，公司董事会建议在即将召开的股东周年大会上，寻求股东批准授予一般及无条件授权，以回购不超过公司于2026年9月17日股东周年大会通过该授权当日已发行股本（不包括库存股份，如有）10%的股份。公开信息显示，截至最后实际可行日期，公司已发行159,114,400股股份，若授权全数行使，最多可回购15,911,440股。
公司表示，回购股份所需资金将根据适用法律法规及上市规则，从合法可动用的内部资源中拨付。董事会认为，适时回购股份有助于提升公司价值并更加有效地优化资本结构，从而符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。
公告显示，过去12个月内(截至最后实际可行日期)，公司股份在创业板的最高成交价曾达每股0.49港元，最低成交价为每股0.131港元。公司董事会同时表示，目前并无根据该项购回授权实际进行购回行动的具体计划。
据公告，本次股东周年大会将于2026年9月17日下午在香港举行。根据安排，公司将于2026年9月14日至9月17日期间暂停办理股份过户登记事宜，持有人须于9月11日下午四时三十分前办妥股份过户手续方可出席股东周年大会并行使投票权。
