综合环保集团(00923.HK)发布公告，董事会将于2026年9月4日(星期五)上午10时30分以电子会议方式召开股东周年大会，审议授予公司董事在未来一段期间内回购公司股份的权限。该回购计划上限为公司于决议通过当日已发行股份总数的10%，若以现有已发行股本约48.23亿股计算，回购股份最多可达约4.82亿股。
公司称，回购资金将来自内部资源，符合开曼群岛及香港上市规则等相关法律法规。董事会认为，此举可在适当情况下提升每股资产净值与每股盈利水平，符合公司及股东整体利益。过去十二个月，公司股价最高曾达每股0.028港元，最低为0.013港元。
公告显示，公司股份过户登记将于2026年8月31日至9月4日(包括首尾两日)期间暂停办理。根据公告内容，已完成委托及授权程序的股东仍可亲身出席股东周年大会并行使投票权。
