伊普西龙能源有限公司（纳斯达克：EPSN）今日宣布，其董事会已批准向截至2026年6月15日营业时间结束时的在册股东，派发每股0.0625美元的普通股现金股息（年化每股0.25美元），股息将于2026年6月30日支付。除非另有说明，公司支付的所有股息均符合加拿大《所得税法》第89条第(1)款定义的“合格股息”。
公司同时公布了其高级担保循环信贷额度（“信贷额度”）的借款基础重定结果。该信贷额度协议于2025年10月8日与弗罗斯特银行及德克萨斯资本银行（“贷款方”）签署。自2026年5月29日起生效，贷款方将借款基础重定为9000万美元，并将授信承诺额度提高至同等水平。下一次重定计划于2026年第四季度进行。目前，该信贷额度下未偿还余额为4050万美元。
