2026年7月21日，中骏集团控股（01966）公告称，其境外债务重组方案下的「最后截止日期」已根据计划条款自动延长。 公告显示，依据重组计划第12.2条所载的「最后截止日期延长条件」已获满足，故最后截止日期由原定的2026年7月31日顺延至2026年10月31日。除上述延长外，重组的其他条款及条件维持不变。 公司表示，将就重组的任何重大进展适时发布进一步公告，并提醒公司证券持有人及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。 截至公告日，公司执行董事为黄朝阳、郑晓乐、黄攸权及张海涛；独立非执行董事为丁良辉、戴亦一及毛振华。
