Sisram Medical Ltd executed a small-scale share repurchase on 6 November 2026, acquiring 14,800 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its general mandate approved on 24 June 2026. The purchases were made at prices ranging between HK$1.775 and HK$1.800 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HK$1.7945 and an aggregate cash outlay of HK$0.03 million.

Following the transaction, Sisram’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 467.43 million shares from 467.44 million shares, reflecting a marginal 0.003% reduction. The company’s treasury share balance rose to 914,000 shares, while total shares in issue (including treasury stock) remained unchanged at 468.34 million.

To date, the company has repurchased 914,000 shares under the current mandate—representing 0.195% of the 478.34 million shares outstanding at the time the mandate was granted—leaving approximately 45.92 million shares, or 98.05% of the 10% authority, still available for future buybacks.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rules and domestic regulations. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or disposal of treasury shares is in effect until 6 December 2026, consistent with Rule 10.06(3)(a).

With the modest scale of this transaction, the impact on Sisram Medical’s capital structure is minimal, yet the continued execution of the mandate signals ongoing capital-management activity within the authorised limit.
