Sunshine Oilsands Clarifies Typographical Error in Proxy Form for 2026 AGM

Bulletin Express
Jun 02

Sunshine Oilsands Ltd. announced a clarification concerning its proxy form for the Annual Meeting scheduled per the notice dated 29 May 2026.

The company disclosed that a typographical error affected only the numbering of three resolutions on the circulated proxy form, while the notice of meeting remains correct in all respects.

Correct vs. incorrect resolution numbering: • Resolution 3(e) was mistakenly printed as 3(f). • Resolution 3(f) was mistakenly printed as 3(g). • Resolution 3(g) was mistakenly printed as 3(h).

The text and substance of each resolution are unchanged, and the validity of the proposed resolutions is unaffected. Sunshine Oilsands will not issue a revised proxy form; shareholders may continue to use the existing form and should rely on the resolution numbers as stated in the official notice.

All other details in both the notice and proxy form remain unchanged. The board currently comprises two executive directors, two non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.

The clarification was signed by Executive Chairman Kwok Ping Sun and released simultaneously in Hong Kong and Calgary on 2 June 2026.
