WMHW (08217) announced that, pursuant to the certificate of name change issued by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands, the company's name has been changed from "WMHW Holdings Limited" to "Ju Fu Tang Biotech Holdings Co., Ltd," and its Chinese dual foreign name has been updated from "万民好物控股有限公司" to "菊福堂生物控股有限公司," effective September 11, 2025.
The English stock short name for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will change from "WMHW" to "JU FU TANG BIOT," while the Chinese short name will transition from "万民好物" to "菊福堂生物," effective December 8, 2025, at 9:00 AM. The company's stock code on the exchange will remain "8217."
