Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD) announced on 28 August 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report—available in both English and Chinese—has been uploaded to the company website (www.pcpd.com) and to HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). The report can be accessed through the “Financial Reports” section under the “Investors” tab on PCPD’s homepage.

Non-registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies in their chosen language. Those preferring electronic notifications must supply a valid e-mail address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a functional e-mail address is registered, these shareholders will continue to receive printed notification letters by post.

Shareholders wishing to switch to printed copies for future communications should complete and return the enclosed reply form to PCPD’s branch share registrar—Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—at its Wanchai office or via the designated e-mail address (pcpd@computershare.com.hk). A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage in Hong Kong.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s service hotline at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday–Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was signed by General Counsel and Company Secretary, Cheung Kwok Kuen Alan, on behalf of PCPD.
