Continental Aerospace Technology Holdings (00232) and the offeror MOBILE ACQUISITIONCO, LLC jointly announced that on September 30, 2026, all outstanding conditions under the sale and purchase agreement (details set out in the circular) had been fulfilled. Accordingly, the disposal has been completed, and completion took place on September 30, 2026. Following completion, the company no longer holds (directly or indirectly) any interest in the target group.

Accordingly, the property disposal has been completed, and completion of the property disposal took place on September 30, 2026. Following completion of the property disposal, the company no longer holds the property.
The board has resolved to declare HK$68.02 million as the property disposal cash dividend. As at the record date (i.e., September 21, 2026), the company had 9,303,374,783 issued shares, which are subject to the property disposal cash dividend. Accordingly, the property disposal cash dividend payable to qualifying shareholders is HK$0.0073 in cash per share.
All outstanding conditions for the implementation of the share capital reorganization have been fulfilled. The share capital reorganization took effect today (i.e., Wednesday, September 30, 2026). For the avoidance of doubt, as disclosed in the circular, since the last trading date of the shares on the Stock Exchange was Tuesday, September 22, 2026, no trading will be conducted in respect of the new shares.
The company has applied for the proposed delisting pursuant to Rule 6.15(2) of the Listing Rules, and the Stock Exchange has approved the proposed delisting, subject to the fulfillment of all other conditions of the proposed matters as set out in the circular. As all outstanding conditions of the proposed matters have been fulfilled, upon completion of the special dividend distribution for the disposal, the listing status of the shares on the Stock Exchange will be withdrawn at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
