中国神华(01088)2026年3月30日发布公告称，董事会决议通过截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息方案。公司拟每股派息人民币1.03元，待2026年6月26日召开股东大会批准后实施。除净日为2026年7月2日，股东需在2026年7月3日16时30分前提交股份过户文件，于2026年7月4日至7月10日暂停办理股份过户登记，记录日期为2026年7月10日，股息派发日定于2026年8月26日。
