Weiye Holdings Limited plans to rebrand as “DJSH International Holdings Limited” and adopt the Chinese name “鼎吉盛國際控股有限公司” (replacing “偉業控股有限公司”) pending shareholder and regulatory approval.
The special resolution will be tabled at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 7 September 2026, 10:00 a.m., at 3/F Lingnan Building, 3085 Qiaoxiang Road, Futian District, Shenzhen. Shareholders must lodge proxy forms with Tricor Investor Services by 10:00 a.m. on 5 September 2026, and the share register will close from 2 to 7 September 2026.
Implementation is conditional on: 1. Shareholder approval of the special resolution; and 2. Issuance of a certificate of incorporation on change of name by Singapore’s Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Upon registration of the new name: • Existing share certificates will remain valid; no replacement is required. • New certificates will bear the new name. • Stock short names on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be updated, subject to SEHK confirmation.
The board states the rebrand will modernise the corporate image and align the group with future strategic positioning. All directors, including independent non-executive directors, recommend voting in favour of the proposal.
