On August 20, HK ROBOTICS (00370) partnered with Guangdong Tiantai Robotics, Shandong Future Robotics, and Shandong Future Data Technology to jointly sign the world's first 10,000-unit embodied intelligent humanoid robot order agreement. This order sets a new industry record for humanoid robots while enabling the practical deployment and commercial-scale application of embodied intelligent humanoid robots, establishing a market precedent for the industry.

Under the agreement, at least 10,000 embodied humanoid robots designed for home healthcare will be delivered by the end of 2026. HK ROBOTICS will primarily handle research and development, production, delivery, and end-to-end integration of the robots' embodied intelligent cloud platform with the robot hardware. The parties will implement the project in phases, completing first-generation prototype development in 2025 and achieving mass production of 50,000 units in 2026 with additional investment to expand production capacity.

HK ROBOTICS possesses both software and hardware advantages in the humanoid robot sector. Since March this year, the company has rapidly completed its humanoid robot business layout by introducing industry unicorn CloudMinds as a strategic partner. In the intelligent ecosystem domain, its application scenarios now cover four major areas: property management, healthcare, education, and commercial services.

In mid-June, the company signed strategic cooperation agreements with Meinian Onehealth, Colorful Life Services, Tiantong Technology, and Deyin World, launching its order-driven commercialization path. In early July, the company announced signing a purchase agreement with Tonghong Security for no less than 1,000 units. According to the procurement cooperation agreement, HK ROBOTICS and Tonghong Security agreed that within two years from the agreement date, the quantity of embodied intelligent security robots purchased in Hong Kong would be no less than 1,000 units, with a total contract value of RMB 300 million.

With this latest substantial order, the company will benefit from order-driven growth with continued performance improvements. In fact, embodied intelligence and humanoid robots have become strategic emerging and future industries for both China and globally. With national policy support, local governments have successively introduced policy documents to vigorously support humanoid robot industry development, such as Beijing's "Beijing Embodied Intelligence Technology Innovation and Industry Development Action Plan (2025-2027)." Combined with the AI technology application wave, humanoid robots now have the conditions for large-scale commercial deployment.

This 10,000-unit order represents the world's largest scale, reflecting both the enormous market demand generated by the wave of large-scale commercialization of humanoid robots and full market recognition of HK ROBOTICS. As cooperation scale expands and reputation grows, more demanding enterprises will partner with the company in the future. Its "order-driven" business model will accelerate industry market scale growth, with the company positioned as the biggest beneficiary. The efficient business transformation has gained capital market recognition, driving its market value to surge more than five-fold within the year.
