Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (“HAOHAI BIOTEC”) on 29 October 2026 submitted a Next Day Disclosure Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange detailing its latest share capital position and cumulative buy-backs under the current repurchase mandate.

The company confirmed that its total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) remains unchanged at 224.98 million ordinary shares, split between 190.20 million A-shares listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange’s STAR Market and 34.78 million H-shares listed in Hong Kong. Treasury shares stood at 3.85 million A-shares, while no H-shares were held in treasury as of 29 October 2026.

Repurchase activity continues to focus on the Hong Kong-listed H-shares. On 29 October 2026, HAOHAI BIOTEC bought back 16,900 H-shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 16.00 to HKD 16.10, for a total consideration of HKD 0.27 million. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

Including this latest tranche, the company has repurchased 1.08 million H-shares since the current mandate was approved on 29 May 2026. The cumulative repurchases represent approximately 3.10 % of the H-share count at the time the mandate was granted and have been executed at prices between HKD 15.20 and HKD 16.79 per share. All repurchased H-shares are awaiting cancellation.

The authorised repurchase limit under the mandate is 3.48 million shares; utilisation therefore stands at roughly 31 %, leaving capacity for a further 2.40 million H-shares before the mandate’s ceiling is reached. Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06, HAOHAI BIOTEC is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales, expiring on 28 November 2026.

The board has confirmed that all repurchase transactions complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements, and that funds for the buy-backs have been duly settled.
