The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$3.8998 per share, involving a total sum of around HK$26.0975 million.
Following this acquisition, the firm's total shareholding in the company has risen to approximately 217 million shares. This represents a stake of about 9.06% of the issued share capital.
