Hengdeli Proposes HK$0.266 Special Dividend Totalling HK$1.17 Billion, Pending EGM Approval

Hengdeli Holdings Limited has announced that its board has recommended a special dividend of HK$0.266 per ordinary share to be distributed from the company’s share premium account. Based on the current issued share capital, the proposed payout represents an aggregate distribution of approximately HK$1.17 billion.

The special dividend remains subject to shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 28 October 2026. Conditional on approval, shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 November 2026 will be entitled to receive the dividend, with payment targeted for 16 November 2026.

To determine voting rights for the EGM, Hengdeli’s register of members will be closed from 23 October 2026 to 28 October 2026 (both days inclusive). For dividend entitlement, the register will be closed from 3 November 2026 to 5 November 2026. All share transfers must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 22 October 2026 for EGM attendance and by 4:30 p.m. on 2 November 2026 for dividend qualification.

The company emphasized that the dividend distribution will only proceed upon receiving shareholder approval at the forthcoming meeting. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in Hengdeli’s securities.
