Karrie International Holdings (Karrie) has released its 2025/26 Sustainability Report, detailing progress across environmental, social and governance (ESG) fronts for the year ended 31 March 2026.

Environmental Performance and Targets • Greenhouse-gas (GHG) control remains central to strategy. Market-based Scope 1 + 2 emissions totalled 26,799 tonnes of CO₂e, equal to 0.0077 tonnes per HK$1,000 of industrial revenue, down 4.9% year on year. • Karrie targets a 3.33% linear annual cut in carbon-intensity from the 2021/22 baseline to reach 0.0061 tonnes per HK$1,000 by 2030/31, aligning with Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) methodology and a 2050 net-zero goal. • Total energy use rose to 193,304 GJ, mainly electricity (93.9%). Energy intensity slipped 1.8% to 0.056 GJ per HK$1,000 of industrial revenue. A further 5.36% reduction is targeted for 2026/27. • Water withdrawal reached 0.29 million m³; per-capita usage fell 7.9% to 68.46 m³ after recycled-water upgrades at the Dongguan “Karrie Craftsman Tower.” • Waste initiatives include a 44.59% internal reuse rate for packaging cardboard and annual savings of 60,000 kWh from canteen fan retrofits and 15,000 kWh from solar-powered EV charging.

Climate-Action Milestones • CDP scores advanced to A- for Climate Change and Water Security, with an A rating for Supply Chain Engagement; ISO 14064 certification obtained. • Renewable-energy uptake was expanded via power-purchase agreements and on-site solar-storage-charging systems. • Department-level electricity-saving KPIs are now tied to managerial appraisals; an in-house energy-monitoring platform and electrical-equipment inventory underpin future optimisation.

Human Capital • Average monthly headcount increased 15.7% to 4,271 (36.4% female). Full-time staff represent 81.8% of the workforce. • Average training reached 15.0 hours per employee, with 88.4% coverage. • Workplace-injury rate stood at 0.48 per 200,000 hours; no occupational diseases were reported. • Karrie maintained comprehensive employee benefits, extended parental-leave retention rates to 100% for women and 78.6% for men, and continued extensive wellbeing and cultural programmes across China, Thailand and Hong Kong.

Supply Chain and Product Responsibility • 86.5% of 458 suppliers are based in Mainland China; all new suppliers undergo environmental and social screening aligned with the Responsible Business Alliance Code. • Eleven new production technologies and more than 79 active patents underpin product innovation; 100% of new projects include value analysis/engineering reviews. • A product-carbon-footprint model has been rolled out to support customers’ emission-tracking requirements.

Community Engagement • Annual community spend reached HK$0.46 million, with longstanding initiatives such as the 18-year “Nothing Is Impossible” youth programme and the 21st “Karrie Evergreen Tree Planting Day.” • Employee volunteers contributed 258.5 hours to elderly care, environmental, and educational projects.

Governance • The Board retains ultimate ESG oversight; a Corporate Sustainability Committee chaired by an Executive Director reports annually. • Anti-corruption protocols include a “Peers’ Belief” declaration to suppliers and mandatory ethics training for all staff; no corruption cases were recorded during the year.

Outlook Karrie plans to scale on-site renewables at its Thailand plant, deepen waste-reduction and circular-materials programmes, and enhance supplier decarbonisation engagement, reinforcing its pathway to net-zero by 2050 while supporting rapid business growth in server chassis, EV-charger enclosures and storage-product segments.
