Fullshare delays FY2025 audited results; outstanding audit work at China High Speed Transmission keeps shares suspended

Fullshare Holdings Limited on 4 June 2026 disclosed a further postponement in publishing its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2025. The delay stems from additional audit procedures requested by its external auditor on China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (CHS), a significant subsidiary.

Key outstanding items: 1. Valuation of financial assets at fair value through profit or loss – CHS holds equity investments in three partnership enterprises previously subject to a qualified opinion. Independent valuers appointed by CHS have submitted preliminary valuations, and both the company’s and auditor-engaged valuers are reviewing methodologies, supporting data and key assumptions. 2. Audit confirmations – Replies to certain bank and receivables confirmations relating to CHS are still pending. CHS is supplying bank and transaction records while the auditor pursues alternative procedures where necessary.

Management noted that the audit work is in its final stage but requires more time to obtain the remaining evidence. A new board meeting date to approve the FY2025 results will be announced once the audit is complete.

Trading in Fullshare shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will remain halted until the audited results are released, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
