嘉艺控股有限公司（01025）9月2日公告称，公司已与配售代理签署终止协议，自2026年9月2日起，双方于2026年9月1日订立的配售协议不再生效。自终止日起，双方在该协议项下或与之相关的所有权利、义务及责任均告终止。
公司表示，受配售代理收集的初步市场反馈显示，目前市场对类似规模公司新股的需求较弱，加之公司股份近期成交价格及成交量情况，董事会决定重新评估集资时机、规模及架构，因此选择在此阶段终止配售。
截至公告日，未有任何配售股份被配售、配发或发行，公司亦未就该配售事项收取任何款项，且无需向配售代理支付佣金。终止后公司已发行股本维持447,367,440股不变。公司预期终止不会对现有业务运营或财务状况造成重大不利影响，并将继续视财务需要考虑其他集资或融资方案。
应公司要求，其股份已于2026年9月2日09时14分起短暂停牌；公司已向联交所申请自2026年9月3日09时正起恢复买卖。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者于买卖股份时审慎行事。
