2026年7月31日，恒大汽车（00708）发布公告称，关于此前披露的与关连应收贷款相关的重大及持续关连交易、以及绿化工程服务、材料采购及新能源汽车销售的持续关连交易更新事项，公司将再次延迟寄发相关通函。
公司原计划于2026年7月31日或之前向股东寄发包含以下内容的通函： 1. 出售薈保有限公司及Flaming Ace Limited全部已发行股份后贷款情况及向中国恒大集团提供贷款的进一步详情； 2. 独立财务顾问致独立董事委员会及独立股东的意见函； 3. 独立董事委员会致独立股东的推荐建议函； 4. 召开股东大会的通告。
由于公司需要更多时间编制及落实通函所载资料，寄发日期现由2026年7月31日再度延迟至2026年9月30日或之前。
公告同时指出，涉及重大及持续关连交易的预计时间表已作修订，公司将于切实可行情况下尽快发布载有经修订预计时间表的公告。
截至本公告日期，公司执行董事为马健凌；非执行董事为陈乐燕；独立非执行董事为卢家麒、陈庆浲及吕思豪。
