2026年11月5日，深圳市景旺电子股份有限公司（03228）公告称，公司已完成注册资本及股本变更的工商登记，并取得深圳市市场监督管理局核发的《登记通知书》。
根据公告，此次变更具体如下：
1. 注册资本由984,784,137元增至1,075,184,911元。
2. 股本结构调整： • A股股东—无限售条件流通股由975,722,497股增至982,060,061股； • A股股东—限售条件流通股由9,061,640股增至20,180,550股； • H股股东新增72,944,300股。
上述工商变更源于公司此前就发行H股并上市以及注册资本调整所进行的《公司章程》修订事宜。相关议案分别于2025年12月8日、2025年12月25日、2026年4月22日及2026年10月26日的董事会及股东大会上获得审议通过，并已在上海证券交易所网站披露。
伴随本次工商变更及《公司章程》备案手续的完成，景旺电子的注册资本及股本结构已正式更新，后续公司治理及信息披露将按照新章程执行。
