业务分项
根据公告，收入下降主要由于 可售物业交付面积有所减少。此外，约1.27亿港元的存货减值拨备及约0.13亿港元的投资物业公允价值损失，亦对整体利润产生影响。佛山•粤海壹桂府和广州•粤海云港城本期交付面积较少，房产销售利润同比有所减少。
公告显示，截至2026年9月30日，粤海置地已竣工并持有待售物业约89.52亿港元，发展中待售物业约85.12亿港元，二者合计约174.64亿港元。已签约并收款但尚未交付物业的销售金额约33.57亿港元将在交付时确认为收入。
