Shun Tak Holdings Limited announced on 17 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) and the company. Printed copies will only be supplied upon request and free of charge.

In line with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance (including the 2025 Amendment), and the company’s Articles of Association, Shun Tak has formally shifted to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms. Both language versions will be maintained on the corporate and HKEX websites in place of mass hard-copy distribution.

Non-registered shareholders must provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited to receive electronic notifications. Without a valid email on file, investors will not receive alerts and will need to monitor the Shun Tak and HKEX websites proactively for new documents.

Shareholders preferring printed communication may complete and return the enclosed reply form or email shuntak.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying their name, address and request. The move aims to streamline information delivery, reduce paper use and align with market-wide digital reporting standards.
