2026年7月2日，普汇中金国际控股有限公司（股票代码00997）公布了截至2026年6月30日的股份变动月报表。
公告显示，公司在2026年6月1日至6月30日期间已发行股份（不含库存股份）数量为1,169,287,752股，较上月无变化，且库存股份数量为0股，合计已发行股份总数继续保持在1,169,287,752股。公司法定注册股份数目为62,500,000,000股，面值为每股0.01港元，注册股本总额为625,000,000港元，本月亦无增减变动。
