Data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on August 24, a significant position change occurred for COASTAL GL (01124), with a total transfer market value of HK$16.8597 million, representing 36.97% of the company's shares.
The shareholder transferred 153 million shares into Fortune (HK) Securities while simultaneously moving the same 153 million shares out of Hengtai Securities.
In a related announcement, the company stated that trading of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2026, pending the release of an announcement concerning inside information in accordance with the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
