建成控股有限公司（01630）7月17日发布补充公告称，董事会已同意审计委员会意见，决定在2026年股东周年大会上，建议续聘国卫会计师事务所有限公司担任公司及其附属公司截至2027年3月31日止财政年度的核数师。该项续聘须待股东周年大会获批准后方可生效。
公告披露，国卫会计师事务所审计2026/27财年综合财务报表的预计核数费用为70万港元至75万港元（不包括实报实销支出）。该费用系公司与国卫会计师事务所在审慎考虑并公平磋商后确定，综合考量因素包括历史核数费用、市场费率、集团业务复杂程度及业务计划、审计范围和时间表，以及核数师所需资源等。
公司表示，鉴于国卫会计师事务所对集团财务状况及业务熟悉，预计能更高效完成本次审计工作，符合公司及股东整体利益。若上述基准或假设无重大变化，最终核数费用预计不会与上述金额存在重大偏差；如有变化，公司将适时进一步披露。
公告强调，除本次新增的核数师续聘及相关费用信息外，2026年7月16日刊发的股东周年大会议案通函内容保持不变。
