BIODLINK-B (01875) and WUXI XDC (02268) have jointly announced the execution of a Process Development and Manufacturing Services Agreement.
The agreement, dated June 16, 2026, stipulates that BIODLINK-B will furnish process development and manufacturing services to WUXI XDC.
Under the terms of the agreement, BIODLINK-B has committed to provide services related to the process development and manufacturing of monoclonal antibody intermediates.
The scope of services includes a series of processes such as cell resuscitation, cell passaging, N-stage cell culture, protein purification, excipient addition, and other preparation steps for monoclonal antibody intermediates and other biological samples.
BIODLINK-B is obligated to deliver a total of ten batches of monoclonal antibody intermediates that meet the relevant antibody pilot production specifications.
For each batch, the appropriate pilot-scale bioreactor—50-liter, 200-liter, or 500-liter—will be utilized based on the required yield.
The complete service delivery encompasses process development or technology transfer, upstream cell expansion, downstream purification, and bulk drug substance filling.
The price for each batch of monoclonal antibody intermediate is set at RMB 1.9 million.
Consequently, BIODLINK-B will provide the process development and manufacturing services to WUXI XDC for a total fee of RMB 19 million.
The announcement stated that entering into this service agreement aids BIODLINK-B in achieving its objectives of deepening its technical know-how, enhancing its process capabilities, and solidifying its track record in delivering process development services for monoclonal antibodies and other biological samples.
This initiative is expected to bolster BIODLINK-B's reputation among existing and potential clients and may support future business development and collaboration opportunities.
