Zhongchang International Holdings Group Limited (Zhongchang Intl) announced on 28 September 2026 that its latest Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.zhongchangintl.hk) and on HKEX’s news portal. Registered shareholders who have previously requested hard copies will receive the printed report with this notice.

The board strongly encourages investors to review the “Website Version” of the Interim Report and all future corporate communications to support faster access and reduce paper usage. Shareholders encountering difficulties with email notifications or online access—or those preferring printed materials—can obtain physical copies free of charge by completing the enclosed Reply Form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 859-ecom@vistra.com.

To ensure timely receipt of electronic notices, shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address. Until a functional address is supplied, the company will dispatch publication notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form only.

Investor enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on +852 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
