PACIFIC LEGEND（08547）2026年9月21日发布公告，基于2026年8月19日签署的特别授权认购协议，公司以每股0.138港元的发行价向认购方配发及发行17,734.00万股新股，约占发行前已发行股本20%，募资总额约2,447.29万港元。
本次发行完成后，公司已发行股本由886,733,316股增至1,064,073,316股，库存股数量保持为0股。公司确认已按照相关上市规则及相关法律法规的要求取得董事会的正式授权批准，并已履行全部适用的法定登记及存档手续。
