CCT Fortis Seeks Additional Time to Dispatch Circular for Major Property Disposal

On 13 July 2026, CCT Fortis Holdings Limited announced a further delay in mailing the shareholder circular related to its proposed property disposal, classified as a Major Transaction under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The group had previously targeted 13 July 2026 for dispatch of the circular, following earlier postponements disclosed on 15 June, 23 June, and 30 June 2026. According to today’s filing, additional time is still needed to finalise certain information required in the document.

CCT Fortis has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for a waiver from strict compliance with Rule 14.41(a) of the Listing Rules, which stipulates the timetable for issuing circulars in major transactions. The company will announce the waiver outcome and a revised dispatch date once available.

The board continues to comprise Executive Directors Mr. Mak Shiu Tong, Clement (Chairman) and Ms. Cheng Yuk Ching, Flora, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Chen Li, Mr. Chow Siu Ngor and Mr. Lau Ho Kit, Ivan.
