资产负债方面，截至2026年6月30日，集团总资产149.49亿元，流动资产82.50亿元；流动负债51.47亿元，流动比率1.60。期末现金及现金等价物22.95亿元，受限制现金9.32亿元。借款总额75.34亿元，包括5亿美元7.5厘担保票据（38.01亿元）、188.61亿日圆贷款（9.15亿元）及28.18亿元港币贷款。上半年经营活动产生现金流入18.20亿元。期内，集团完成4亿美元出售Jakarta物业及8,000万美元出售Midtown Niseko，并将部分日本开发中永久产权土地重分类为投资物业。
