Under Listing Rule 13.50, if an issuer fails to publish periodic financial information in accordance with the Listing Rules, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will typically require a suspension of trading in the issuer's securities, and such suspension will generally continue until the issuer publishes an announcement containing the required financial information.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, if the 2026 annual results are not published before September 30, 2026, trading in the company's shares is expected to be suspended on the Stock Exchange, effective from 9:00 a.m. on the next business day following that deadline, which is October 2, 2026.
