TWINTEK (06182) has announced that, with effect from October 9, 2026, Mr. Choi Chi Fai (Mr. Choi) has resigned as an executive director, while Mr. Lui Chun Pong (Mr. Lui) has resigned as a non-executive director, as an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules (Authorized Representative), and as the authorized representative for accepting service of legal process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (Process Agent), in each case due to their other personal commitments in respect of other business.
Ms. Fung Pik Mei has been appointed as an Authorized Representative; and Mr. Ng Hoi Leung has been appointed as the Process Agent.
