TradeGo Fintech repurchases 0.60 million shares for HKD 0.74 million; treasury stock rises to 45.85 million

TradeGo Fintech Limited executed an on-market share repurchase on 13 August 2026, buying back 0.60 million ordinary shares for a total consideration of HKD 0.74 million. The repurchase price ranged between HKD 1.22 and HKD 1.24 per share, with a volume-weighted average of approximately HKD 1.23.

\n\nPost-transaction, TradeGo’s issued share capital excluding treasury shares declined by 0.09 % to 704.15 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 45.85 million. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 750.00 million shares, as the repurchased shares are held in treasury rather than cancelled.

\n\nThe buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 70.69 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 9.64 million shares, representing 1.36 % of the issued share base at the mandate’s approval date.

\n\nIn accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, TradeGo is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 12 September 2026.
