7月28日，礼建德集团控股有限公司（08455）发布补充公告称，久安（香港）会计师事务所有限公司将在即将召开的股东周年大会上退任独立核数师，并符合资格且愿意继续担任。董事会已建议续聘久安（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为核数师，任期至下一届股东周年大会结束，并授权董事会厘定截至2027年3月31日止年度的核数师酬金。
公告披露，就审计集团截至2027年3月31日止财政年度的综合财务报表，预计应付审计费用介乎0.48百万港元至0.52百万港元。该费用在公司与核数师审慎考虑及公平磋商后制定，已考虑过去审计费用、现行市场费率、集团复杂性及业务计划、预计审计范围及时间表等因素。
公司表示，除非上述基准及假设出现重大变动，否则最终审计费用不会与初步披露的估计金额有重大偏差。如有重大变化，将另行披露。
公告同时指出，补充资料不影响早前于2026年7月22日刊发的股东周年大会通函所载其他内容，其他资料均维持不变。
